If you read the fine print under that email address on the individual
membership record, it does state that this email adress is for the household
and changing it will update it for every member of the household. While I
don't agree and think the system should handle more than one - they do tell you
there is only one.

I seemed to recall as clerk in my last ward being able to do an e-mail
address for each individual. At least I thought there was a field for
each - not sure if it let you enter it in for everyone. I was
financial clerk however, not membership, so I didn't use the
membership system very often.
