Hi !

I've just seen the new shorewall release 1.4.1a :-)
I running it on my leaf/bering linux and it works
fine. No ECN trouble any more.

Thanks a lot for the upgrade Tom !
You've done a great job !!

RE: [leaf-user] howto_restart/reload modules

2003-03-24 Thread Kim Oppalfens
Not really sure, but
rmmod nicdriver
insmod nicdriver might do the trick.

Replace nicdriver with the module you are using for your network
interface ofcourse.

Subject: [leaf-user] howto_restart/reload modules

I use a non-standard port for outgoing ftp - and have done the
configuration described in http://www.shorewall.net/ports.htm about ftp.
Now I want to reload/restart those modules without rebooting my router.
"shorewall restart" (or stop/start) does not include my changes.

Can I get help on this in this fourm?

Regards
Tom HJ

[leaf-user] H.323_NAT: partial packet 0/6 in 0/0

2003-03-24 Thread Herbert Höhlke
Hello

I have a linux 2.4.20 firewall running iptables 1.2.7a with
ip_conntrack_h323 and ip_nat_h323 installed and Netmeeting running in both
ends, inside the LAN and in the Internet. Sometime appears on screen the
following error six times:
  H.323_NAT: partial packet 0/6 in 0/0
  H.323_NAT: partial packet 0/6 in 0/0
  H.323_NAT: partial packet 0/6 in 0/0
  H.323_NAT: partial packet 0/6 in 0/0
  H.323_NAT: partial packet 0/6 in 0/0
  H.323_NAT: partial packet 0/6 in 0/0
and in syslog twice:
  /var/log/syslog:Mar 24 21:32:58 firewall kernel: H.323_NAT: partial packet
0/6 in 0/0
  /var/log/syslog:Mar 24 21:36:08 firewall kernel: H.323_NAT: partial packet
0/6 in 0/0

I searched in Google but I found only 9 occurences but in italian language.

Does someone know, what causes this error?

Regards
Herbert
