This is the Leeds United I fell in love with. Far more frustrating than the 
Norwich game, where I thought we were poor. Thought we were good today, 
completely dominated the first half and should have been in front .
Second half was a bit more even but they score with the only decent chance they 
had. Last 10 was a bit frantic and we could easily have got something. Thought 
the red was harsh as there were two players covering round and think we’re 
planning to appeal. Knowing our luck though the ban will probably be extended.
Seen a lot of comments on Twitter blaming Cooper for their goal. I’m usually 
first to blame him but think he just got out thought by Sharp. More worried 
about why no one was tracking the scorer’s run.
Typical of our luck that the best chance fell to Pontus about 5 yards out after 
he’d knackered his knee.
We lost this because of a lack of composure in front of goal and failing to 
take our chances which has been a familiar story this season.
Very disappointed that it’s now out of our hands but still a long way to go and 
we’ve a lot of winnable games left. Let’s see how the blades cope with the 
pressure of being in the top two!

I felt that game was typical of much of our season, and why I've felt for 
months that we won't go up.
First, our finishing is not good enough. We dominated possession, had more than 
a dozen shots, but I'm not sure we had a single shot on target. Roberts was the 
most guilty party, with chances in each half to put us ahead, but even Pontus 
could have equalized at the end when he put it wide from a few yards out. We 
just are not consistently sharp enough in front of goal.
Second, we need at least even-handed treatment from the refs, but we don't get 
it (see our penalties awarded stats compared to other top teams). By sending 
off Casilla when there were two Leeds covering defenders, but not sending off 
Baldock for an over-the-top, studs up challenge (having already failed to book 
him for a previous foul), he handed Sheffield United a major advantage. 
Third, Bielsa has to show a bit more adventure with our academy products. I am 
bemused when I read articles that credit Bielsa for giving youth a chance. 
Every chance he gets Bielsa puts a journeyman senior player (Douglas, Dallas) 
on ahead of a more skillful academy product (Clarke, Shackleton). I can't be 
the only supporter to feel completely unexcited when I see Dallas getting ready 
to come on. I've said it numerous times before: Clarke is our most dangerous 
player. Given only 15 minutes today, he still created one of our best chances. 
Our game plan for the next eight games must be to work the ball to him quickly 
when he is in space on the right (not ponderously, passing it to him as a last 
resort when there are no good options left) and let him attack. Clarke's 
crossing is ten times more dangerous than Alioski's. I would start him ahead of 
either Roberts or Harrison. (I am convinced there must be some deal with Man 
City/Pep to start Harrison.) I have also seen enough of Shackleton to convince 
me that he's got more of an eye for a smart pass, and (even) more energy than 
several players who are starting ahead of him.
Anyway, my prediction still stands (even though I desperately hope I'm wrong): 
we will lose the play-off final in which major controversial decisions will go 
against us,

For me too, this is THE most important game for years, and am crossing 
everything that we do not lose, as then it’ll be out of our hands! But, praying 
for a West Brom/Reading style performance and result - cacking myself, which is 
good, as I had the same feeling pre West Brom!

We're on the edge of the Black Forest in Germany. I will be glued to my
computer screen, hoping that the internet signal, which can be patchy here,
holds up.

Hoping that Magnificent March ( 3 games, 9 pts, goals 8F 0A) continues.
(Also early goals in each game.that too would be a nice trend to
keep up.)

It's a massive game, but yeah not defining. I am worried that in our last 8
games we have to play all of the 3 form teams of the
moment..Preston, Aston Villa and bloody Wednesday. Still, if we
could beat Sheff U and win all our other games, we could afford to lose to
those 3 and still end up with 91 pts, which should be enough.

outback NSW, and it will be 11.30pm local time here.   I actually think this 
will be our defining moment of the campaign - if we get up, regardless of 
scrape, comfort or whatever, we will go up.   If we draw or lose I agree with 
you Dave, it's not the end of the world.   Each and every capital city in 
Australia has a (Facebook) List Meet tonight our time for the game in a 
metropolitan venue, and the turnouts are going to be just as huge as Elland 
Road.   For me, this is the biggest game I can remember since Viduka beat 
Liverpool
