[Nicholas Armit via Leedslist]

What would the average U-23 player be paid? Anyone an idea? Not the outliers 
like Brown of course. I was just wondering if it is 100's or 1000's per week.

 On the Leeds app on phone (second half only on app)We are 1 up = penalty from 
Brown, well placed, after a ball over the top by Berardi was chased down by 
Brown who was clattered by the keeper (think Roberts v Norwich but well inside 
the box)Dallas and Berardi both subbed on 30 mins - pre arranged- having both 
looked decent and both had at least one hard tackle to suggest they are 
physically fit if not yet match sharp
Gotts and Shackleton, both very small, are real pocket dynamoes and cover a lot 
of ground , Izzy Brown is playing as an extra striker but his languid style 
(long legs?) means he looks as if he is at half pace but he is getting on the 
end of things
Roberts blasted 2 chances over the bar according to the commentator (I only saw 
the second) and Brown supposedly missed 2 chances  too - I missed first 15 mins
WE have looked nearly good - lots of overhit crosses and a lack of willingness 
to shoot stopping us being further ahead,
BPF looking good and has made the only 2 saves he could -both from set pieces
Overall looking good for the win and a lot of these lads look the real deal 
today
Edmondson and Halme the 2 oncoming subs so Roberts gone from centre forward to 
winger
If we step it up just a bit we will get a few more

Signing off in real style - 3 0 nowA proper team goal , not sure how many 
passes (lost count) ended with Madger Gomes getting to the byline and pulling 
back a cross that Tyler Denton fired home -the cross and finish not that 
dissimilar from the Alioski goal on Sat
Clarke, Rey & , Dalby should be given the last two 'dead games' - nothing to 
lose and will give them the feel for proper football

!!Cibicki got them both - great couple of passing and then lashed one inSeconds 
later Grot tackles one of theirs on edge of area, lovely ball to Cibicki and he

Thought I may as well put the u23s on my LUTV app on phone and give it half and 
eye - 1 up after 3 minutes, then 2 -0 , a bad piece of defending let them back 
in at 21 
Then bang bang 3 1 , 4 1 at half time
Goals, first two a result of freekicks prodded home at close range by Sarkic

I got a message on my phone saying i could watch the under 23s for free on my 
LUFC appNot having anything else to do i thought OK then, we have all these 
foreign stars with good pedigree, I will give it a watch
So far after 33minutes it is LU 0 cystal palace 3 !!
We are open at the back it is untrue
Given how happy I am with the first team I decided not to let my mood be 
dragged down by this lot and turned it off
