I agree. It's also worth going back and re-reading the Pearce interview from shortly after Darko arrived, in which he made a reference to doing things differently under Milanic, without really endorsing the new approach. If I were a betting man, I'd bet many of the players wish Redfearn had gotten the job. I'd bet Redfearn wishes he'd gotten the job as well. What is happening is beyond my wildest hopes. And I don'rt expect results for eighteen months. Mid table will do fine this tear. Next year is promotion with a team that stays up. Why the moaning?
