Thanks
Its actually Red Alder.
The finish is 3 coats of a Food Grade Butcher Block finish.
It has mineral oil and a balance of Waxes in it. I'll grab the brand later.
Its best applied prewarmed and applied with a soft cotton rag.
It still needs to be buffed up a bit, but I had to let it soak in.

Thanks for responding.
My goal is to work with extremely small parts on the Revo so thus the gear
size changes etc...
I can get down to an 1/8 inch pitch one my Revo now, after some mods.

Hey Curt,

So the length is about 8 inches long.
I also had a larger Drive gear then normal thanks to my mod.
I used the plastic bushing I ran on the laser, and used the indexing gear
from the .25 to create the drive gear.
