RE: [LegacyUG] User ID field
To All, I would encourage all of you to take advantage of the "Save" and "Load" settings every time you customize anything. They are available at the file level, screen levels, and web page levels. It will save you a lot of headaches in the end. [LegacyUG] Calculated Date Terminology Error - Still Exists
Using 7.0.0.97, 10 July 2009 In April I reported an anomaly regarding using the calendar feature to calculate a date. It shows properly as "cal 3 April 1849" in the Family View; however, it shows "ber 3 April 1849" in the print preview and printed copy. Brian confirmed the problem and submitted a problem report on the issue. His explanation was "You will only see the error if you change the report language. So long as you were using the default language you used to install Legacy the term is correct. Once you change language, however, the error in the .trn file changes Legacy's term for Calculated from Cal to Ber in all the future chart styles you create. This bug was obviously not fixed in the last build. It is necessary for me to frequently create Family Group Sheets in German and French. Once this is done I then get ber rather than cal when switching back to the English language. This is a major problem for me. Any idea when this bug will be fixed? Thanks, Terri - yesterday afternoon after uploading the latest update and still having the same problem, I sat at my computer and looked at everything I had checked on every tab of the Problems Report. I found exactly what you described below - I had checked All Records. That is my default choice. It was only when I carefully read the descriptions for Normal check and the other options that I realized even excluded problems would show if I checked "All Records." [LegacyUG] Line spacing between title and sub titile on photo album
Greetings! Can someone please tell me if it's possible to increase the line spacing between the title and subtitle when printing out a page from the photo album in *.PDF format. I have found it necessary to format the main title in all upper case letters as the tails on some normal lower case letters like "y" and "g" tend to overwrite slightly some of the letters in the subtitle. If I could only increase the space between the title and subtile just a little bit then this problem would be solved. Thanks for reading my request. [LegacyUG] User ID field
I've searched the archives and can't find that this has been addressed. I have just updated to the version 7.0.0.100.
