Re: [LegacyUG] Program reverts to default.
I was wrong. I just opened Legacy and the pop-up box stated that it was "resetting Default #1". What is going on? The steps I did was Option > Customize > Colors > Background > Green > Click to change was already clicked. I then clicked save > exit > restart. All of the settings that I changed stayed the same after restarting the program. Well, the settings went back to default today when I started Legacy. I am ready to start pulling my hair out. If they are not there, then go to Options>Customise>General and check the box next to "enable tag options" and click "Save" below the button. Are they now visible? If so exit Legacy and return to Family View - are they still visible? If this is the case then the problem may be specific to some particular settings, so follow the same procedure as below. If they were visible initially then this suggests that not all your settings are being lost. Please set, say, just one colour, or any one setting only, which currently is not sticking. Change that setting and make a note of every step you take. Check whether the change has made any difference, not ing how you checked it. Exixt Legacy and return to the same screen as you last checked and note if it has stuck or not. In other words please give "baby steps" so that I can try and follow them. [LegacyUG] Settings don't 'stick"
I have been having problems since installing 7.0.0.76. Every time I open the program it goes back to default settings. Whenever I change any setting, I save them one at a time.
