The other possibility - if you don't have two sets of parents - is that you have entered your parents, but not linked them to yourself. In this case, click on the empty box in your father's spot (above your name) and then choose Link to existing person - locate your father in the list that pops up and repeat the process for your mother. Bill, That is what back-ups are for File>Restore Family file. If, however, you haven't backed up then right click on your name select Add>Parents>Link to existing parents and relink them.
