Subject: [LegacyUG] Problem with adding new individuals


Since upgrading to the latest version I have had a problem with the system
not permitting me to add additional individuals. It cannot recognize an
available RIN. A window will pop-up asking if I want to try again ... if I
say "Yes" it closes Legacy. If I say "No" then it opens the window for the
new person. I've put up with this anomaly ... but yesterday when I tried to
import a file it wouldn't let me and auto-closed Legacy. 
 
Suggestions?

Hi Tom,
It sounds like the sort of problem for which you should contact 
Support direct <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> so they can work with 
you over what has changed.


However, you may find the answer on the Legacy website in the Help section.
You don't mention the number of the error, if any was given.
