You can create a Search List (a subset of the Name List) for people whose
Living status is Yes:

1. Click Search on the menu bar and select Find to open the Search window.
2. Click on the Detail Search tab and then set the following 'Primary
Conditions':
Look for whom? = Individual
Where to look = Living
How to look = Equal To
What to look for = YES

You are now ready to create your Search List.

1. Select 'Clear List before this search' and then click Create List. The
Search List (a subset of the Name List) will then open.

Hi Marie,

The toolbar font is controlled from Design - Font. You'll find Design near
the right end of the line giving the toolbar/ribbon names.

Font sizes in the main screen vary with window size if you have "stretch
fonts when resizing" checked at Options - Customise 10.1
It's there you can change the minimum font size if necessary.

If you are troubled by font size on other windows, a number have Zoom
under the Options button with a variety of font size options for that
particular window.

Asking a dumb question. I'm trying to get used to Legacy 8 and when I

Is there a way to shrink the tool bar size and increase the font s ize
on the family view?

Are you clicking on the Error in the left-hand column to bring up the
Solution in the right-hand column?
