I tried to watch the webinar today after it was over. You advertise it as free
until June 28th. I could hear the video but not see it. I had no picture. How
do I get to watch it please?

Are you getting any sort of error message when you go to open Legacy and it
fails - in which case, what does it say? Or is it just not doing anything?

Have you rebooted your computer and tried again after doing that?

How are you opening Legacy? Do you have an icon on your Desktop or Taskbar?
Or do you locate your data file in File Explorer and double-click on that?
Or something else?

This is a mailing list (totally separate from Google+). There is no
indiviual(s) sending the messages to the group. It is an automated process
whereby when one member/subscriber posts a message, the message is
automatically sent out to all subscribers. If you want to subscribe to the
Google+ group, you do that directly from Google+ (either via
computet/smartphone/tablet).

Sending a message through this mailing list does not get you subscribed to the
Facebook group nor the Google+ group.

Brian,

That sounds like language associated with the Facebook group. Are you trying to
join the Legacy Group on Facebook?
How long it takes to get approval depends on whether one of the people who can
give approval is online. Sometimes it takes seconds sometimes a couple of
hours. Rarely more as I'm one of the people who can approve and live on the
opposite side of the world to the others.

This is a mailing list. Your message are going to everyone who subscribes to
the Legacy User Group mailing list.

When we reply, the return is "on behalf of" so you know who it's from.

This is the mailing list established by Legacy and is "official". Staff members

Legacy users.
