[LegacyUG] Import Gedcom from Family Tree Maker
I created a tree in FTM from a Gedcom out of Legacy. It was a very large file - about 18,800 individuals. Over several months, some updates were done to both files, independently of the other. In order to sync my files again, I created a Gedcom from the modified Family Tree Maker and imported it to Legacy. Only about 3,000 individuals would automerge, leaving way too many to check individually. The only option for an export is Gedcom 5.5. Any suggestions? [LegacyUG] Report Output to Spreadsheet
I would like to sort a file containing about 700 records produced by tagging people in Legacy using a spreadsheet program. Is there a way to get the output from legacy into a format I could load into Lotus 123 (or Excel)? I have saved it as a .pdf file, and then converted that to Excel, but that resulted in 42 separate sheets. I want to end up with everything on one sheet. Any suggestions?
