I think this is the problem and we’re trying to fix it. I have trouble with the Documents folder on this computer, it seems to have two. Thank you so much for your help. Hi Elsie, If you set your core files including the app data directory to sync via a cloud account, it might all work fine. Each pc has it's own set of files on it and they are different.
