Re: [LegacyUG] Viewing images
Those pictures you attach as files cannot be included in reports is probably the greatest issue with your method. This is not a problem if you do not want pictures in your reports but it should be something you are aware of. You do say this is for documents so those kinds of pictures may not be wanted. Re: [LegacyUG] Viewing images
I have started using the file icon for images (jpg) for convenience for documents. I can then add/edit Legacy while viewing the document with split screen in separate image software. It would be nice if one could save jpg files using photo icon and then open with your choice of software. Tony, If you really mean "jpeg" I suggest that you rename using "jpg". There area known problems with the four letter extension which do not arise when using the three letter. As you can see there is no search box above the list of pictures in the Picture Center, just the Browse button. --- JL Beeken JLog - simple computer technology for genealogists http://www.jgen.ws/jlog/ On 8/20/2012 9:44 AM, Modena1920 wrote: > Another picture center question: Am I correct that there is no way to > search for a specific picture in the picture center like you can for an > individual on the same page? The only thing the Help says is that you can re-size the quick look window. It says nothing about being able to re-size the image within the quick look window.
