New importers merged into devel

PR #3347  is now in 
devel.  The new code simplifies (often drastically) all of Leo's importers. 
The new code also contains stronger unit test.

The new importers use a different strategy for breaking files into nodes. 
Imo, the results are almost always better, but please let me know if you 
disagree. 

This code will form be part of leoJS.

Please test these new importers and report any problems.

I have no recollection of this directive. It appears neither in Leo's
official code nor in Leo's documentation.
