Hi Louis (and everyone else), Let's change the question to say that I'm interested in resources pertaining to everything you state below. I've decided that the best thing would be to collect all of the resources and put them online somewhere, probably on our new website. Speaking of which, the status of the new website is that I'm waiting to hear from Greenhost whether they'd be interested in hosting and helping us develop it. If I don't hear back by the end of the week, I'll explore other options. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
