reliable generators. Wasn't Damascus without power for most of yesterday?
Or it could be an actual technical error within STE, everyone feeds to STE
before it heads overseas.

A 20-hour long technical error, starting more or less during a peak hour
(evening/late evening)?

It sounds a little bit weird to me but who knows :)
