[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 65617] Liberation Sans/Serif/Mono Regular get displayed as a generic monospace font (Courier New) on Windows XP 64
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=65617 --- Comment #5 from Dennis Grunert dennisgrun...@hotmail.de --- After some more testing, it seems this is _not_ a Libreoffice bug but a bug between the Liberation font and Windows. It's because the wrong displaying also occurs, when one changes the font in the Windows Editor to one of the Liberation fonts, so it's not Libreoffice specific, but appears one updates/installs Libreoffice. Fix: Install the newest version of the Liberation font 2.00 from https://fedorahosted.org/liberation-fonts/. Windows needs a restart, if you only copy the ttf's to %windir\fonts instead of installing them. This is bug report should still be kept open, since Libreoffice should not distribute a font version with bugs, so this should be fixed in the next minor release. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 69140] Automatic Slide Advance Problem
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=69140 --- Comment #4 from Richard Marchessault rhodyr...@gmail.com --- 1. Open presentation into Impress. The presentation has 11 slides. The presentation is designed to run automatically. Each slide has a video. The slide needs to be displayed until the video is completed. 2. Slide 1 has a short 10 sec video. Click on the View menu and select Normal. 3. Click on the View menu and make sure there is a check mark before Task Pane 4. Open the menu for Slide Transition on the Task Pane 5. In the Advance slide section of Slide Transition click on Automatically After and enter 10. The 10 changes to 10.00sec. This is fine. 6. Slide 2 has a video which runs for 121 sec. Advance to slide 2 in the Normal view. 7. In the Advance slide section of Slide Transition click on Automatically After and enter 121. Press Tab to exit the text box and the 121 changes to 99.99sec. This is not correct. That is the problem. I found that I can work around this by using the recording timer with the Slide Sorter view to record that actual time. When the actual time is recorded, it still displays as 99.99sec in the Slide Transition section of the Task Pane of the Normal view but correct value seems to be stored since the video displays for the correct time. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 68657] EDITING: Postgres/ODBC - Check box in database form does not work any more
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=68657 --- Comment #8 from rob...@familiegrosskopf.de --- (In reply to comment #7) Thanks for the hint - changing my database column into a boolean data type turns out to be a useable workaround. So I can at least move to LO 4.1 now. When I have read checkbox I thought it must be a boolean field. But my ODBC-connection doesn't show it as boolean - only char(fix) for 1 character. But of course this doesn't resolve the bug itself because the values for the reference values ON and OFF that are entered in the check box definition on the form are still being ignored by LO 4.1 . What type of field have you set for this checkbox before? Where have you created the field? In MySQL directly, with Base and ODBC ... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

Where have you created the field? In MySQL directly, with Base and ODBC ... I think I created it in Base, but I am not sure, it might also have been pgadmin. Its about 2 years since. The two columns (old that doesn't work, new that does) show up as following: pgadmin: old: character length 1 new: boolean base: old: text (fix) [char] Length 1 new: text [varchar] length 5 and the value stored in the boolean column shows up as 0 and 1 in Base. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

So - we should port the individual tests to use real config paths that exist in the configuration instead of trying to use the data.xcd paths that don't exist :-) We should prolly also add one or two of Noel's new-style configuration accessors in there, just to exercise them a bit - in fact, Noel would be an excellent mentor for the rest of this issue.
