https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104178 --- Comment #2 from Mark Roth --- Thank you, Joel, for your quick input. I'll see what a fresh profile on each will do. Meanwhile, I assure you I'm entirely truthful when I say "same download." I downloaded the installation file onto the 64-bit machine and did the update. Then I copied that very same file over to my 32-bit machine and did the update. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start LibreOffice 2. On left sidebar, click on "Remote Files" 3. Click on "Add Service" 4. Change the "Type" dropdown to "Windows Share" 5. In "Host:", put a computer name, like "COMPUTER1" without http:// or \\ in front. (I used "openwrt".) 6. Put a share name into the "Share" field. (I used "usbdrive".) 7. Put in strings for "User" and "Password". 8. Make sure "Remember Password" is not checked. 9. The "Root" field is left blank. 10. Click OK. 11. Crash. Actual Results: The main LibreOffice window disappears, but the "Remote Files" window remains open. However, I am able to interact with that window besides dragging it by the title bar. A "LibreOffice Document Recovery" screen appears. Expected Results: LibreOffice would connect to the network share and list my files. I have the pivot table but wanted to make it look better, so added some coloring and borders. When I refresh the table to show changes in the data, all the editing is lost and the pivot table looks as the first time i did it. It's not the end of the world, but it would be nice not to have to repeat the editing after refreshing the data. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create a pivot table. 2.Add some formatting to the data in the table, background color or borders. 3.Refresh the pivot table. Actual Results: It's easy to reproduce. Just add some formatting to the pivot and refresh the table. The formatting will be gone after refreshing. Expected Results: Formatting of the pivot table is gone. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Ideally, the formatting of the pivot should have stayed the same and only the data updated after refreshing. These screenshots are made to be easy to compare them, if you switch between them (windows are at the same positions and states). It's clear that with HarfBuzz enabled, the width of text in menus and dialogs is considerably less than with HarfBuzz disabled. This even makes About dialog window narrower. The screenshots also show that OpenGL doesn't make difference here. Both series of screenshots are made with ClearType enabled. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104099 --- Comment #2 from Buovjaga --- This does not seem to be a bug, but an old limitation: https://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1550 "Caveat: The DDE link definition contains only the rows and columns you pasted in. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 104028] PDF EXPORT: detail loss from WMF exporting to PDF (evince, adobe reader, edge)
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104028 V Stuart Foote changed: What|Removed |Added CC||caol...@redhat.com, ||noelgran...@gmail.com, ||oliver.spe...@cib.de --- Comment #18 from V Stuart Foote --- Using Inkscape 0.91 if I import the PDF and choose the Poppler based import, portions of the image are lost--but if I use "native" Inkscape PDF import the entire image is rendered including the center line and the arrowed lines coming from "Object user 2" So, in addition to Inkscape (when not using Poppler), I can confirm correct rendering in the PDF viewer in both FireFox and Chrome--as well as the InFix PDF editor and the TexWorks viewer all render the entire WMF, as extracted in comment 4, when it is exported from LibreOffice 5.3.0 Draw or Writer or Impress to PDF. Also confirm that Adobe Reader 15/Acrobat Pro 9.5.5, Windows Explorer (preview), MS Edge, MS PDF Reader, and the Imagmagick IMdisplay on Windows--and likewise the Evince document viewer on Linux--all do not render the entire WMF as exported to PDF. Dropping the dashed center line and several arrows pointing from the "Object user 2" element. So, the question is what are we doing wrong in our export filter for WMF metafile that prevents some common PDF viewers from handling our PDF? Is our export filter Poppler based? The various print to PDF--OS or gs/ps based--all produce full representation of the WMF in PDF, it is just our Export-to-PDF that is having the issue. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
