But with 4.0.4 I don't see the issue on Windows XP. Could you verify that the issue in deed is fixed in LibreOffice 4.0.4 (and later). Just to let you know LibreOffice 4.0.5 will be released in about two weeks if you rather wait and test with that version it is a possibility. I'm going to close this bug for now as works for me. After i opened closed the dialog a few times it still takes around 10 seconds to open the dialog, first time it's even worse. But I have the same issue with the menu command that also takes a lot of time to load.
