Not for creating reports in design view. The Report Wizard seems to crash LO on MacOS - not on Linux, as it is shown as platform. Also it was made for LO 4.2.2.1 I will set this bug back to the first settings. If you have problems with some behavior of LO, first try the following steps: 1. Try to rename home/user/.config/libreoffice/4 to 4_old. If there isn't any 4 it could be your special system has named the path in another way (like suse-4 for OpenSUSE as I recognized sometimes before). The special user-path would be created new. If this helps you have to copy files you need form the old to the new path. 2. Try to use the original packages of LO, not of, for example, openSUSE or Mint 16. Running existing reports hangs and it will also crash LO Base if one tries to exit gracefully. It does not exit Report functions, design or run, gracefully at all. It crashes badly and requires going through recovery process when trying to re-launch LO Base. Haven’t tried writer or calc to see if they are affected also. FYI and attention if anyone cares. It was working fine, then updated and restarted PC and now lots of trbls. Because of PC restart after update all the scrollback buffer data of the changes made was lost. I have completely purged liberoffice; updated and upgraded then re-installed LibreOffice base from linux mint 16 Petra repos. No improvement this one also freezes in the macro dialogs preventing creation of the required macro to have to use Base Access2Base extensions. I noticed libre office updates ( I believe they were lib files but not sure as srcolled by fast) in the terminal window and then restarting the PC per the update instructions I lost the scrollback buffer data to maybe be able to paste in here.
