I use 2 different USB2.0 cards in my L110, both seem to work fine (though they
require the damned PS2 power tap to power my IBM DJSA220 20Gig HD, #$*%)

Got both the 2port and 4port from http://www.compgeeks.com Use coupon code
FATWALLET to save another 10% off normal prices (not Compgeek Specials).

John,

I just established that the problems I've been having with my 100CT crashing
was due to a bad 32MB memory module upgrade I got from a seller on EBay. I
pulled it out, and the system no longer freezes at all.

The seller was Robert Jou, and runs his business online at
www.acdcmemory.com. He seemed to be a very friendly and honest dealer, so
I'm hoping he'll exchange the memory for me without any problems. This is
the 2nd time in a few years I've gone for generic memory and have had
problems.

Have you seen the speed requirement to support USB 2.0? I don't know what
the minum mhz required for this card is, but my bet is the L100 is not
close. Also most of these card want a large amount of ram to work with. A

Has anybody got any ideas? Is it the Lib 100, or is it a Win 98
problem? I would love any help since I would love to use this card, it
is dirt cheap at R420 (South African Rand to dollar it is about 40
dollars or so for the card).

Thanks for any help.

Regards,

Dion
