But I'm wondering if any features have been added since my amnHLTv1.0 that would make switching to the new version worthwhile. So much for that! The next one I bought was the L110, and far cheaper at around $500, and that's served me well for many years. = adorable toshiba libretto The latest news and information for the Toshiba Libretto owner. http://www.silverace.com/libretto/ __ Do you Yahoo!? Sarge is not released yet, but almost finished, woody is rather old. sarge installer is much nicer. Anyway I don't have any media drives on mine, so I simply put the drive in a desktop with a 2.5" -> 3.5" IDE converter. Worked 'out of the box'. Debian gives each release a name, not only a number. so woody and sarge are releases of Debian. -- Miernik _ xmpp:[EMAIL PROTECTED] ___/__ tel: +427 __/ mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.miernik.ctnet.pl/ ** http://libretto.basiclink.com - Libretto mailing list http://www.silverace.com/libretto/ - Archives ---TO UNSUBSCRIBE--- Reply to any of the list messages. That's the farthest back I can find, but I'm sure there were earlier ones. Wish Dan's archives had a way to narrow searches like Mike's, then we could compare and see if one has posts the other doesn't for whatever reason. OUCH, dude. I ordered my 50CT from CDW sometime in 98, they were clearing it out for around $600 from what I remember. Wow... Online, or in stores? Amazing what a few months will do. Then again, it was around double that in cost the month before, before they clearanced it. I can't remember where I found out about the clearance price, though. Well, I don't mind paying what I did. It was love at 1st sight, and I would almost have paid anything to call it mine. :-D That was well before I learned where to find bargain too. Then, there was a practical aspect to the purchase, as I was heading off to Mexico for several months, and the Globalink Spanish translation software I had for a desktop proved very handy trekking about with it installed on the little Libby.
