[LIB] Anyone know of a small wireless keyboard with integrated pointing device?
Date: Mon, 3 Feb 2003 08:19:19 -0800 (PST) From: Markus Benne <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Anyone know of a small wireless keyboard with integrated pointing device? I'm looking for a small wireless keyboard with integrated pointing device. I'd prefer RF wireless over IR. I know there are many available, but they aren't very small. The ideal size is one that is basically just a full size keyboard or slightly smaller without the numeric pad. It is primarily for the passenger in a car to use. The Libretto is mounted on the dash, generally running Street Atlas with the GPS. Thanks! ...Markus Thanks, ...Markus ** http://libretto.basiclink.com - Libretto mailing list http://www.silverace.com/libretto/ - Archives ---TO UNSUBSCRIBE--- Reply to any of the list messages. [LIB] Libretto 100CT: clock keeps resetting
Date: Wed, 29 May 2002 08:48:02 -0400 From: "Markus Benne" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Libretto 100CT: clock keeps resetting Libretto 100CT running windows 95. When the machine is powered off for a few hours, the clock resets to some time/date in '95. I suspect there is a lithium battery somewhere that needs to be replaced. Anyone know the detail on this or if something else might be wrong? As far as I know this machine has no Y2K patches on it. Should I start with that? The machine is new to me. I have a 70CT with Y2K patches that is not showing the problem. Thanks, ....Markus Markus Benne Ceyba Inc. Re: [LIB] Help installing OS on 100CT
Date: Tue, 26 Feb 2002 09:45:01 -0500 From: "Markus Benne" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Re: [LIB] Help installing OS on 100CT Got it! Thats going to help a bunch. So the next question is how to get my Lib100 to recognize the CDROM drive from the bootable floppy? I _might_ be able to transfer the files via serial cable, but I'd prefer to get the CDROM going to install from it. I have the drivers for the CDROM on a floppy... [LIB] Help installing OS on 100CT
Date: Fri, 22 Feb 2002 08:26:59 -0500 From: "Markus Benne" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Help installing OS on 100CT I bought a used 100CT without an OS on it. I'm having a lot of "issues" getting win 95 loaded up on it. I have 95 flopppies from my Lib70CT, but using that OS install, I can't get access to the CDROM for the real install. I have downloaded all the 100CT accessories and utilities and OS upgrades and controls. Several of the disks don't have install programs with them so I'm unsure as to where to put the contents of the disks. I'd appreaciate a hand getting this baby up and running. PCMCIA Slot not working
Date: Tue, 07 Nov 2000 22:33:58 -0800 From: Markus Benne <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: PCMCIA Slot not working Hi Guys, The PCMCIA slot on my Libretto 70CT just stopped working. The slot in the dock is ok. The computer seems to know that something is in the slot, but can't identify what it is. I'm pretty sure its not a software thing since my old hard drive does exactly the same thing. Does this sound familiar to someone? I'm planning to take it appart to check the plugs etc. Does anyone have instructions on how to get it apart? I took the back screws off, and couple screws out from under the keyboard before I lost my nerve. This is my only home PC right now. I need the on-board slot 'cause it doesn't fit in my cargo shorts with the dock.
