No No No! Fran, you *know* that the discs can't handle high accelerations.
The correct way to dry it is to use a tumble drier.

Swing it around your head a few times holding it by the power cable.
Should make it dry a bit quicker.
You might see swirling on the screen but this should be fixed by swing it
around the other way.

why they did not work out an offshoot to the IBM pencil eraser setup on the
keyboard. It should not have added any size, especially to the 100/110.

MicroSolutions has a minimum order of $25 and minimum shipping charge of
$10. All I want are two stick caps (7$) for my L50. They sell them in sets
of two, so I just need one set. Anyone want to go in on an order of three
or
four sets and split things up?

Re: Funny little mouse pads!

2001-06-04 Thread E. Smith

Date: Mon, 4 Jun 2001 15:56:04 -0400
From: E. Smith [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Subject: Re: Funny little mouse pads!

Pres,

Breaks down like this:
$7
$10 S/H to me (Roger at MicSol says the shipping for ten sets will still
be $10.)
$3.50 Priority Mail to each other guy (easier for me as I don't have to buy
envelopes)
So even if we buy 10 sets, it'll come to $ 7+3.5+1 (one tenth of the
original shipping cost).
Assuming Priority Mail (easier for me) it will never dip below $10.00 for
each set (unless YOU want to orchestrate this--you won't have to pay $3.50
to ship them to yourself--you'll already have them).

Looks like Priority Mail is not such a good idea. I'll use regular First
Class post.. If I get five people who want in on this, it will be worth it.
($7+(10/5)+1.00(my own SH charge)) So for five guys, it will be $10.00 for
each set of 2. Please contact me directly (not to the list anymore) if
you're interested. Once (if) I've got five people in on it I will place an
order.

Guess I'll be using my ThinkPad's red eraser tip on my L50 for a little
longer. BTW, don't close the Libretto with such a tip on the pointer
stick--it'll depress one more more keys on the keyboard.

In the real world, what people mainly do with their Sport Utility Vehicles, as far as
I can tell, is try to maneuver then into and out of parking spaces. I've noticed that
these people often purchase just a couple items - maybe a bottle of diet water and a
two-ounce package of low-fat dried carrot shreds - which they put into the back of
their Subdivisions, which have approximately the same cargo capacity, in cubic feet,
as Finland.

Should make it dry a bit quicker.
You might see swirling on the screen but this should be fixed by swing it
