Pedro, I may have misread. I am running SLES10 SP2. With SP2 can you go to SP4? No. I would question why you would want to upgrade from one out-of-support release to another out-of-support release. Why not install a fresh copy of SLES11 SP3 or SLES12 instead? Actually I should say that I am trying to upgrade on z/VM. I was thinking about pulling the files down like doing a fresh install -- PUNCH it and act like I am doing a new install and then instead of selecting New Installation I select Update Installation.
