Why not an Improvisation on ascending pentachord by Roman Turovsky?
Even I would buy that! But some fake Georg Anton Sautscheck!

It is for the benefit of any runkkari like you, so you would have an

This was just as an example of Mr. Turovsky's (aka Sautscheck's) very
bad manners! He seems to know even the quite bad Finnish words. Either he
doesn't really know what he is writing, or he actually is very rude
and unpolite person. I would hope the first, but I am afraid he really
knows, what he is writing! Actually, you very seldom meet persons like
Mr. Turovsky in the Lute List or even in the Net! Luckily!

I would hope not to meet him here again. Probably in vain... :-(

PS Wayne, if you would understand Finnish, you likely would ban
Roman from the list! I guess porno is not allowed here!?

However I do admit that my suomeksi inferences about Arto are uncalled for

We had (as I was a teenager) some finish au pair girls in the
neighborhood. There I've learned to say to girls mine rakkastan sinua
and in a bar to order kümenen pullo Kalja (sorry if the spelling is
incorrect). But an exchange of finish scurrilities is much above my
horizon and I think this should better happen in private correspondence.
We do know Arto's opinion and also know how Roman reacts on assaults
against the S-story.

Best wishes

 I just played through it.
Isn't a Ciaccona actually played rather fast?
Non necessarily.

 I've played it at approx.
120 (my standard speed for Chaconnes). Then several of the movements in
16th are not clear. When played slower (say at 80 which the Adagio
would suggest) the 8th don't work well.
I envisioned 90-100. The only Ciaccona on ascending pentachord that I know
is the Pachelbel one in the same key, and it is about 80.

Double checked :my midi is set to 80, and Pachelbel's is ca.60.
I'll put up a 4.5mb mp3 shortly, midi tempo is wrong in some players.

Please, do not give any value to the certain Mr. Turovsky - a kind

I guess this poor guy is reading some internet dictionaries for finding
his wanna-be insults! I suppose he'll retire soon from the Lute List!?

 Fine! Thanks! (even more intoxicanated...)
I'm a lot nicer that you think: that why I attribute your xenophobic rants
to mere alcohol. Previously you have shown little interest in your own
culture, so I would definitely appropriate some of it for the lute-folk.

After your latest insults in Finnish I am done with you! I really do

Probably he will not exclude you!? And neither will I retire!
