If you have root access, I think I know how. Log in to aussie.lyx.org,
become root and execute this command
# /usr/sbin/useradd -G svnusers uwe
which should create an account ('uwe'), and also make that user a member
of the group 'svnusers'. Finally you set some temporary password
# passwd uwe
that Uwe then changes when he logs in.
