Problem with 2-page-layout
Hello, When I use the class book and I set up a 2-page-layout (start of chapter on odd page), it works ok. When I then set the margins (for example 25mm), the 2-page-layout suddenly doesn't work annymore. Is this a bug or a feature? Or is this my mistake? I use LyX version 1.0.4, but this is also as discribed in 1.0.1 and in Klyx. Thanx, Luc
