Out of memory error on figure insert
Hi I have picked up some sort of problem. When I try to insert an eps figure, LyX crashes, leaving me with the error "out of memory" on the console. This is not a memory problem on the machine. I get the same error with lyx-1.1.3 and 1.1.4pre1, both installed from the RPMs on RH6.1. Re: Prerelease LyX 1.1.4pre2
Hi all, This is my traditional followup to new LyX pre-releases or releases. The RPMS for Redhat 6.X are on ftp.sylvan.com. The full paths: ftp://ftp.sylvan.com/pub/lyx/lyx-1.1.4pre2-1.i386.rpm ftp://ftp.sylvan.com/pub/lyx/tetex-lyx-1.1.4pre2-1.i386.rpm The source RPM is at: ftp://ftp.sylvan.com/pub/lyx/lyx-1.1.4pre2-1.src.rpm These were built on my stock Redhat 6.1 Pentium III Dell Inspiron 7500 Laptop. It's very very fast! Compiles LyX in about 5 minutes!!! I am running these RPMs on my Redhat 6.0 Pentium without any problems. Email me if you have any problems and I can regenerate the RPMs the old-fashioned (slow) way. ---Kayvan On Thu, Jan 20, 2000 at 04:25:57AM +0100, Lars Gullik Bjønnes wrote: Hello again, We have come a lot further in our rewriting to use more modern C++, it seems that most compiler issues have been resolved so far. updated lyx.pot and po files
[Also sent to the lyx mailing lists] Hello, You get this mail since you are listed as "Last-Translator" in one of the po files distributed with LyX. We are now getting closer to a new stable release and a lot of the po files have not been updated for some time. We hope to get most of the po files updated before that release, hopefully you will be able to help out. To make things easier I have put all the updated (i.e. merged with lyx.pot) po files and the current lyx.pot file at: ftp://ftp.devel.lyx.org/pub/lyx/po-files/ You can also get the files from the distribution: ftp://ftp.devel.lyx.org/pub/lyx/lyx-1.1.4pre2.tar.gz You don't have to touch the lyx.pot file unless you want to, and update of the lang.po files is more than enough. Please send updated po files to the devel list: [EMAIL PROTECTED] or to me [EMAIL PROTECTED] Lgb
