There are two reasons:
* due to the license of texlive packages (the license was incorrect
or non-free for some)
This process was finished around January of this year, when upstream
texlive finished the auditing of all packages

* time to integrate the changes necessary to Fedora packages, since
Fedora 17 was coming soon it was impossible to integrate those changes
on time, that is why the changes slipped to Fedora 18.

What file were you trying to compile? Post it here, if possible.

The name vezes is times in Portuguese in the sense of 2 times 4 equal
to 8. So the name sound suspiciously like someone wrote an sty file to
deal with multiplication. Here I am just guessing. :-)

Funnily searching for latex vezes.sty returns me the original message

Presumably you need to remove the \usepackage declaration from the
preamble, then.

Yes, I saw that.

Multiple references sections?

2012-12-28 Thread Nico Williams
When using the bibliography environment a section is created called
'References'. It's possible to add bibliography all over a document,
each set of which will be in its own section, but they're all called
References. Is there any way to change this other than editing the
.lyx to change the \labelstring?

Never mind, found it: paragraph settings.

No, \labelwidthstring is something else. It'd be nice to be able to
title References sections something else. In RFC typesetting we need
to be able to have Normative References and Informative References
sections (and numbered ones at that, so, regular sections).
