LyX, index and Hyperef
Hi, I use Lyx 2.0 to manage multiple index. Since I want that some page numbers appear in italic in the index, I add to several index declaration the option |textit. Strangely, in the generated PDF file, these page numbers written in italic are not hyperlinks (such as the normal page numbers). -- Dr. Ir. I think there are incompatibilities between current hyperref and xindy versions.
