I foolishly thought that Table Layout has same properties everywhere throughout a cell... It looks like the Width isn't set for cell (3,2). It won't work if you end the line with , but it will ending the line +. So you get several lines. It just seems to be impossible to get several paragraphs within one table cell... Ciao, Ulrich

Dear Lyx Users, I am trying to make a table with rather long entries. Is there any way to get multiple lines of text within one table cell? Something like: foo very, very long description of foo spanning several lines, and maybe even justified both left and right? ;-) Thanks a lot for your help.
