Re: [M100] 3D Printable replacement battery cover for M200
Steve, If possible, please try to take and upload a picture or two of the actual copy part you did in black ABS. Prefer at least one pic to be NOT installed in its place on the M200. Looking for a good shot of the inside where all the tabs are and all the performance of your printer will be revealed. Second, what type of printer do you have and do you like it? Is it your first 3D printer what you have now? Thanks very much for sharing the design with us. That's a really impressive achievement, Steve! Tom, Link please to the ESP32 terminal device! Hank_ On Sunday, April 19, Tom wrote: I've also got another Geoff style terminal board and two ESP32 based terminal boards on the way. It'll be interesting to see if the ESP based boards can be modified for this use. (They claim to be VT-102/ANSI compatible, but I'm having a hard time finding good documentation on them.)
Re: [M100] Looking for TRS-80 Catalog Item 26-3612
I'm providing a link to the device. From just the part number alone many on this list will not know what it is. Functionally, I hope someone can describe the PC-2 end of the adapter and the operation of the dapter because it may be fairly simple to build an adapter. It may not be much more than a serial port to real RS-232 level serial port circuit. Maybe no need for any top dollars to be produced. http://pocket.free.fr/html/tandy/26-3612_e.html __ I have a near mint PC-2 that I want to network to the Tandy 102 over wifi. This item from the Radio Shack catalog would make that possible, Willing to pay top dollar for this device. Thanks! Michael Rebar
Re: [M100] M100 repair video
The video was worth watching just to see how the case is opened up and the PCB separated. Would never in a million years thought the crystal would fail. Makes one wonder if these crystals were not well made. They are subject to damage from physical jolts, but still, seems quite odd that even 10% of repairs would be from this one component's failure. Related data for the M100 (under 100 mA most often). I'm not sure where I found this; it could well be from this list's archives. Author was Robert Briggs, 1987. Just about any DC battery pack rated in the 6v range will do the job. If you feel like adding a fast blow fuse, more power to you.

Any update on when all those files will be restored? It's already been about a month now.
