Amazing, I know various people who have these machines and they’ve paid around
the same sort of price - new - that I did, $399 though I’ve just done some
checking and the Offocejet Pro 8600 is the current model it seems, its a bit
cheaper and I think some functionality has been stripped away from the device
but most functionality as described earlier still exists.

[Mac-access]: Logging Into My Account With Docuscan+

2015-03-06 Thread Dane Trethowan

Hi!

I hope others may have some views on this.

I've been using Sarotek's Docuscan+ App on the Mac and other platforms
for quite some time.

I changed my Password for my Serotek account a couple of days ago and
then raun Docuscan+ forgetting about the password change.

Course things didn't go too well, Docuscan+ wouldn't allow me to login
to the account because of the changes Docuscan+ didn't recognise so how
to have Docuscan+ recognise a new login password does anyone know? I've
written to Serotek Tech Support about this and - very unusually - I've
not yet received an answer from and normally Serotek Support is right on
the ball responding very quickly to support requests, it could be of
course that their support cnter is overwhelmed at the moment ..

Re: [Mac-access]: accessing facebook on a mack.

2015-03-06 Thread Dane Trethowan
The Menutab For Facebook client is very nice, the professional version
is even better than the free version but I'd suggest starting with the
free version and see how you like it before even considering the
professional.

This company makes quite a few Apps including Menutab for Google+ and
Disk Doctor which can be used to clean your hard drive of unwanted
files, make sure you have all your data backed up before you start .

[Mac-access]: all in one printers

2015-03-06 Thread Judy Pryor
Thank you Dane and Eleanor the scanning side of things are more important to me
as I use the scanner every day. I need a printer occasionally. Will have a
look at the Cannon. Do not want anything that takes up too much room.
