it and will only bring it back up it still comes up in my name. Also there are
some of the music on the phone is in her name is her music and some of it is in
my music of stuff that I downloaded quite interesting situation forgot to take
it back out tomorrow and see what they can do to get it straightened out

It sounds like his phone was not removed from his iTunes account. The one he
gave to his wife. I believe the process that should have been taken was to
remove it from his account and restore the phone to original status. Also
remove it from find my IPhone if he uses that. Then his wife could have set
it up as a new iPhone and put her information in there and it would have
just put her things on it and not his. Just a thought.

Perhaps you can change the name of the phone with the phone's iTunes app.

Changing phones

2014-05-31 Thread Bill Deatherage

Today my wife and I went out to the ATT store I have an IPhone 5s and I also
had an I phone 4 s that was not being used. My wife is having problems with
her previous phone so I decided to give her my 5 s. The problem we are having
is some how my information as well as some of her informationis on the phone.
We tried to put 4 square on the phone and when when the app comes up it has
myinformation. we tried deeleeting the app and downloaded it again with still
the same information on it. somehow when the person at the phone store sat it
up with her information something didn't get changed. we did notice that when
we looked there was a heading called bill's iphone. we changed that but are
not sure what to do. I am sorry for this long message.

 Hi!

Has anyone bought one of these speaker systems? I have to admit to being
tempted to buy this system as it seems to have far better specifications than
the 2 year old Jambox Jawbon system I currently have.

Firstly, the Braven is made out of metal completely whereas the Jawbone is
not, the Jawbone has a mesh finish but is plastic under that etc.

The Jawbone only handles Bluetooth 3.0 whereas the Braven 650 handles the
latest Bluetooth 4.0 version, that's hardly an issue if you're using an
iPhone earlier than iPhone 5 or an iPod earlier than the iPod Touch 5th
 generation.

Hands free speakerphone was never anything to rave about with the Jawbon so
perhaps we'll see an improvement with the Braven 650/

So the power of one Braven 650 isn't to your liking? Then go buy another 1, 2
or 3 as you can daisy chanin them together, the Braven 650 systems have both
 line in and out.

So that's as far as I know apart from the fact that the Braven 650 is now
 available in Australia.

two questions

2013-06-07 Thread Bill Deatherage
Hello,
I have two questions I have been concerned about? first of all, if I read
e-mail on my Mac book and delete it and then when I go back to check messages
on my I pad the messages I thought were deleted on my Mac Book appear again.
The second is there were some disks that I couldn't play on my Mac Book when I
was running Mountain Lion that would work just fine on my old I mac running
Snow Leperd. I am sure there is a lot I didn't know about Mountain Lion, so
that could have been part of my problem. If any one has any suggestions I
would appreciate hearing them.
Thanks in advance and have a good week-end.

2013-05-18 Thread Bill Deatherage
I was using my Mac Book and I got a message saying speech muted. I tried
several things and couldn't get it started. So, I shut it down and restarted
it. when it started Voice over said spch off. I tried command f 5. and it
didn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am running Snow Leperd.
Thank you in advance. I tried to send this message earlier so if it comes
through twice I appologize in advance.

apple tv

2011-09-16 Thread Bill Deatherage
Hello,
I have the Imac and the I phone. Now I am interested in the apple TV. I have
a few questions? First of all, can you watch other programs besides movies?
for example, some of the old TV shows. Second, does it have to be hooked to
the television and a computer or can you hook it directly into the internet. I
heard you can also listen to I tunes on it. if you have some files on I tunes
I have downloaded them on my Iphone is there a way you can transfer them to the
ITV. I would also, like to know what benefits people have found and what
issues they have encountered?
Thank you in advance.

Iphone apps for sirious and xm

2011-09-08 Thread Bill Deatherage
Hello,
I would be happy if I could get an app for my Iphone that would allow me to use
sirious or xm on my Iphone before the last change in the channell line up. I
mostly listen to music stations on it. I know they now have channells that are
only accessed by internet only but those are not the ones I listen to so if I
could get an app for my Iphone that would allow me to either listen to the
music on either XM or Sirious I would be quite happy. I had one but after
selecting the first channel it would allow me to change to another channell.
well, thanks in advance.

2011-08-06 Thread bill Deatherage
Hello,
I don’t think I was clear on my previous message. first of all, I am using an
older I Mac. running snow leperd. The other day my router went down and I got
a new one. Now I have to change the net work connection. I knowon the I Phone
I had to go to settings then into why fi. The sad thing is I sat it up last
december when I got the Used Mac. my memory just isn’t what it used to be. So
thanks in advance.
