alteration with tintin++

2013-06-02 Thread Devin Prater
Hello. If anyone uses the thing for tintin++ with alteraeon, can you help me?
I've gotten the thing installed, but when I try to make my character or run
tintin++ from the terminal, it won't work. The character thing says error line
95, bad substitution for character name, and tintin++ doesn't seem to be
installed although I know I have it.

Re: tintin

2011-10-18 Thread Travis Siegel
No, there isn't, and this is something I've complained about as
well. There really needs to be a toggle as to whether new speech
should interrupt existing speech, or go into a cue to be spoken when
the current speaking is finished.
You'll get used to it, but it sure is irritating, especially during a
long compile, I always have to turn off cursor tracking before I
start the compile, then review line-by-line after the compile
finishes in order to get all of the output.
I've asked apple to consider this toggle as an option, but since it
was requested several years ago (back when leopard was in beta
testing) I'm guessing they decided it wasn't worth implementing.

tintin

2011-10-18 Thread michael maslo
Sorry for the previous post. Did not notice my subject line did not turn out
the way I wanted. So sorry

Hi list:

Was wondering if anyone has tried tintin?

I have and found out it works outside of the fact that when a new line comes
across the screen, it stops the previous line from reading. Is there a way to
stop this behavior?

In other words, is there a way to make it finish reading one line before it
starts a new line that comes across the screen?

thanks for any help.
