Mark, if you use compact contact view 'say that one three times
fast' lol! you can see / follow a user's mood message.
To know a user's status, you can set your contacts to be arranged
by group by showing / managing contact groups in your contacts menu.
Once you click 'show contact groups' you'll be given the option to
manage contact groups.
this will dynamically add and subtract users from your online
group, so you can tell who's on and who's not.
As for local time, the only option I've found so far is to bring up
a context menu (by doing a VO shift M) on their name, and clicking on
show profile. Here you can see their local time. -Not the most elegant
solution, but it works… :)
HOpe this helps and do have a totally awesome evening / weekend!…
Smiles,
CQ :)

Hello All,
Is there a command or technique that will allow me to read the extended
information for my list of current online Contacts such as their local
time,
assuming of course that they choose to display such details? I know
that in
the Windows version of Skype, such info is easily accessible using Doug
Lee's Jaws scripts.
While I can navigate the Contacts List via VO, I do not know how to
move the
focus to either the left or right of the one column to have this visible
information read aloud.
Thank you,
Mark
