RE: Question about itunes store

2012-05-02 Thread Missy Hoppe
Thanks. Unfortunately, I don't own an IOS device, just my macbook, and I don't
think that having an IToy would solv these
particular problems anyway. I called apple, and she helped me fill out forms
for Itunes store. I think that in future, I'll
ask for the email address I need to contact if I ever have these kinds of
problems again. Still haven't heard back from
Itunes, but it's only been a couple of hours, so I won't worry yet. In the mean
time, I really need to quit buying music
anyway, so this is a good reason to start behaving myself. LOL!

I understand all itunes issues have to be resolved online / email.
When you call Apple support, they will most likely give you the URL or email
address to follow through with. It's stuff like
this I wish I could deal with in person on the phone; generally lots quicker
that way. You might also try obtaining these
tracks from an IOS device if you have one and sync over the cloud. Just a
thought to try but if refunds and stuff like that
are involved then you would have to contact Apple anyway.

RE: Question about itunes store

Thanks! It's worth a try. I guess if it doesn't work, I can try calling Apple
tomorrow. They might be able to point me in the
right direction on how to get money back if need be.
