Re: Safari 4 crashes when going to the apple store
Hello Scott, Yes, I agree. First when I had the problem it was just after CNN said that the page was having problems. But then aftr playing around with it, I came to the conclusion that it has something to do with VO. So I submitted the error report and put in that I was using VO when it crashed. I also let Apple Accessibility know it as well. No it has nothing to do with the Store itself. On Jun 8, 2009, at 5:19 PM, Dan wrote: > > Hello, > I also used the reporter. > I wonder if it's related to the activity on the apple store's page. Re: Safari 4 crashes when going to the apple store
Hello, I also used the reporter. I wonder if it's related to the activity on the apple store's page. I heard on CNN that the store wasgoing down, today because of the unusually high traffic. Re: Safari 4 crashes when going to the apple store
If you turn VO off and press enter, and finally reload VO, it works fine. On Jun 8, 2009, at 5:34 PM, Michael Reiser wrote: > > Thanks for verifying this. Re: Safari 4 crashes when going to the apple store
Thanks for verifying this. Wasn't sure whether to report this to apple accessibility or what, sent the error report. Re: Safari 4 crashes when going to the apple store
Hi man. I have managed to reproduce this also. Very very strange indeed. I wonder if apple will fix this? I sent the error report to them so we'll see. If anyone finds a fix please let us know. Safari 4 crashes when going to the apple store
Hello all, Just installed the latest safari 4 from software update, updating from the beta. I did the restart and all that. Everything works well, except that when going to apple.com and selecting the store link, safari crashes and comes up with the Safari has closed unexpectedly dialog. This has only happened on the apple site so far, and everywhere else on the site works fine. This might be related to the not having a monitor problem which I hope to have fixed soon, but just thought I'd report incase anyone else is seeing this.
