Missing dependencies in extras devel
Hi, I sent a new version of call forwarding applet to extras devel builder, and now it has some missing dependencies even though these hasn't been any changes since previous version: http://maemo.org/packages/package_instance/view/fremantle_extras-devel_free_armel/callforwarding/0.4/ Does extras devel have old package versions or something? Now, if someone with official standing at maemo (e.g. a webmaster) would have emailed a few of the well-known free software mirrors (e.g. ibiblio, mirrors.kernel.org, UK mirror service), we'd have a few very well provisioned mirrors to fall back on. Can someone with "authority" within maemo.org make these requests? It really is as simple as a few emails. Send out 10 emails, get 10 mirrors. If you want me to build up a list, I will. I upgraded that way from version released by Nokia before N900 got into sales to 42.11 and then to 51.1 release. I do not care if someone at nokia say "but you should reinstall sbox each time when we release new version" because this sounds like pure bullshit for me. Never mind how badly nokia Maemo team broke Debian which was used as base long time ago methods from it should work. Open new browser window using Qt
Hi! I want to open a new browser window programatically using Qt/C++. I have this little piece of code which doesn't seem to work. QDBusInterface browserProxy (OSSO_BROWSER_SERVICE, OSSO_BROWSER_REQ_PATH, OSSO_BROWSER_REQ_INTERFACE, QDBusConnection::systemBus()); browserProxy.call (OSSO_BROWSER_OPEN_NEW_WINDOW_REQ, url, true); I can't make it work although it seems to me there's nothing wrong. I have try both using session bus and system bus. Does someone see something wrong here?
