Re: [maemo-users] Nokia N800 unbuyable
I was frustrated by the CC check as well. I am living in The Netherlands, and tried to pay with my Australian CC and was refused. My boss subsequently ordered with a dutch CC and it was fine - 2 days delivery time. I was more annoyed that it took two emails before they told me it was cancelled. Anyway now that i have it, i am very pleased with it. Good luck On 1/21/07, Laurent GUERBY <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: >From Paris, France: ordered a N800 monday 20070108 at 1pm on Nokia Europe site, first UPS delivery tuesday 20070109 at 2pm (got it wedsneday 1pm at the second UPS delivery, package says it came from Brussels). Re: [maemo-users] Nokia N800 unbuyable
I have exactly the same problem. I have tried with two diferent credit cards (both were Mastercard), and both purchases were refused. As it seems the problem was also on some security checks my credit cards didn't pass. I called to Nokia on Friday but they told me they didn't know exactly where was the problem and to call on Monday. I will send you all I can get to know. Bye! Re: [maemo-users] Nokia N800 unbuyable
Just arrived! 2007/1/22, Luca Donaggio <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: Same here: the problem was they checked the address of the credit card against the one I typed in the ordering form (out of habit I used that of my office, since I was using a corporate CC, while the right one was that of the company HQ). Anyway, UPS tracking system says my 2 N800s are arriving today, they were shipped from Brussel on Thursday.
