Hi Glenn,

What I meant by bells and whistles is the fancy icons or interface like
a messenger. What I like most about MailMate is its clean interface and
it is highly customizable.

Honestly, I find the request to be a bit self-contradictory. As a
product, MailMate actually has a lot of bells and whistles. Do you
want something like MailMate, or do you want something without bells
and whistles? What features of MailMate are important for your work?

I'm not sure if I'm reaching for the stars here but would it be

A quick look on the API reveals that `curl` can be used to create a
task:

curl -u : https://app.asana.com/api/1.0/tasks \
-d "assignee=1235" \
-d "followers[0]=5678" \
-d "name=Hello, world%21" \
-d "notes=How are you today%3F" \
-d "projects=14641" \
-d "workspace=14916"

Since Asana is a webapp would it be possible to open the email in
MailMate from Asana?

That's not a problem. MailMate can generate `message:` URLs and they
are opened by MailMate if MailMate is the default email client (it
also works for Apple Mail).

Asana is becoming quite popular amongst teams so it would probably add
value to MailMate's bundle offering.

I don't currently have the time to create new bundles. I imagine it
would be easiest to use the Todoist bundle as a starting point for
creating an Asana bundle since it also requires the use of an API key
(named a token in Todoist I think), but it seems that for Asana this
is not the only variable needed (projects, assignee?, workspace?).

Well, it's probably faster for me to create a bundle than it is to
explain how it's done. You can contact me off list if you would like
to help that happen. Primarily, I need you to play with the `curl`
commands needed to do what you want with Asana.

First, I'm glad to see that the problem of duplicate sent mails with
Office365 is something that others experience. When I raised it with
Benny, I believe he was unsure whether many did.

Second, I have dealt with the problem in a relatively simple way using
a rule on the sent messages folder:

(All) of the following are true
   (X-Ms-Exchange-Organization-Expirationstarttime) (exists)
(Move to Mailbox) (Sent Dupes)

This files the duplicates in a folder that I periodically have to
expunge. The choice of header was arbitrary among those peculiar to
the duplicates.
