Ah ha! Thank you! I’m still learning how robust MailMate’s search truly is, especially compared to other mail programs. I love how granular we can get, though it takes some getting used to! Rather than just choosing "From" in the condition, choose "From Address" from the submenu. Then things seem to work exactly as you'd expect. Please see attached screen shot.
