Nick, I’d be interested to learn whether this worked as you hoped. If 
yes, can you clarify whether Benny’s “create a mailbox based on 
Awaiting Reply” comment describes creating a third smart mailbox, in 
addition to AwaitingReply and ReplyReceived?
