Re: [mailop] Network Solutions mail operator contact?

2016-05-10 Thread Webb, Nic via mailop
I’ve received feedback that this is rather vague.

Specifically, I’m troubleshooting a delivery issue with a AWS WorkMail customer
to a Network Solutions-managed domain. We’re seeing the following SMTP
responses:

(@amazonses.com) with the subject of (Re: ) matches a
profile the Internet community may consider spam. Please revise your message
before resending.

I’m trying to determine if this is IP-reputatation, domain reputation, or
content-related.

I’m trying to reach someone at Network Solutions who manages email receiving
for their managed domains. Please contact me off-list

Thanks!

I see nothing like that error message last couple of days. We use TLS
opportunistically as well.

We observe this behavior periodically and it seems the number of lost
connections still grows.

< *@yahoo.com >: delivery temporarily suspended: lost connection
with
mta5.am0.yahoodns.net[98.136.217.203] while sending RCPT TO

We've contacted Yahoo support for multipe times and we've got a reply
this issue is fixed, but actually it doesn't.

Does anyone experience same problems with Yahoo?

(P.S. no, we do not use pipelining unless it's advertised by server.
Yes, we use STARTTLS and suspect this issue may be TLS specific)
