[mailop] any contact at interactive.wsj.com

Anyone here work for or have a contact at WSJ (or possibly createsend)?
We have some subscribers to their interactive.wsj.com email version, and
they receive it nicely. But exactly one user has been unable to receive
anything other than 1-1 correspondence with their tech support. We don't
see any WSJ delivery attempts to that user in our log files. Other users
receive the mail from various outbound.createsend.com servers, dkim
signed by interactive.wsj.com. For example:

Subject: Morning Editorial Report - June 20, 2019
From: "Paul Gigot"

WSJ tech support has apparently never heard of mail server log files.
They claim that "Please be advised that we have validated your email
address so you can receive your newsletters; however, the email and
alerts sent to this email address continues to bounce back to us which
invalidates your email address, therefore blocking your receipt of those
newsletters and alerts."

But they seem to be unable to provide the text of any bounce message.

Re: [mailop] G postmaster issue since 13th ?

2019-06-20 Thread Michael E. Weisel via mailop
I posted this a few days ago over on the Google forums and it hasn’t gotten
much traction. A full week of being down seems pretty odd. In the past I've
gotten answers using the forum but so far nothing yet. Maybe if more people
reply to it, it will get noticed. Worth a shot.

Can see the same issue across multiple client domains. Most stop on June
13th but some appear to have stopped reporting earlier, in May or April.

Hi,

Anyone here work for or have a contact at Symantec.cloud/Messagelabs who
can help troubleshoot a mail problem with their clients getting bounces
from their servers trying to send e-mail to our server? The bounces aren't
helpful so trying to see if they have logs that would help troubleshoot.

[mailop] Orange/Wanadoo delivery issues

2019-06-20 Thread Soukeina Premdjee via mailop
Hi all,

I hope you are well.

I wanted to know if any of you has recently noticed increased issues delivering
emails at Orange/Wanadoo for a number of clients no matter how good the senders
are? (message bouncing due to not enough allowed connection from Orange)

Thanks,

Soukeina
