I'm somewhat unsure about this one.
Although nowadays the WWW *is* the internet for many people, running a 
mail server and running a web presence are two different things, and it 
should be absolutely possible to have a domain that only does mail 
services without any fancy newfangled web stuff.
However, I also admit that I tend to look at the web sites of suspicious 
mail sender domains, and what I see often supports my suspicions...

is quite normal for ticket acknowlegements that I see. It all looks normal to 
me. They can't put anything else at the top of the message because "all text 
above this line is added to the ticket"


I.e., Standard crappy Outlook style quoting of the original message (and 
likely the whole chain of messages) hence the "respond above part", 
combined with templating including a footer.  I'm surprised Jaroslaw is 
unfamiliar with it.
