Re: [mailop] t-online.de
Hello, seems I forgot to reply to the list, so let me re-send my answer here. :) I was just this week able to unblock two IPs. Requirement was the same as before, a website with an imprint. No proof of commercial use required. Florian ___ mailop mailing list mailop@mailop.org https://list.mailop.org/listinfo/mailop

Heho, > they mean that you must have an webpage(imprint) (on your mail-domain (fqdn > or domain itself)) with contact information (name, postal address, email, > probably phone number). I personally have the feeling that that got a bit more relaxed over time; At least the last two times I interacted with them a missing imprint was not an issue; Then again, that may also be somewhat dependent on the IP space you come from. I guess it is mostly a thing bound to the choices of the postmaster-on-duty who gets the ticket; In any case, they are usually 24/7 and will also mention if something/what is missing/preventing them from allowlisting. Hi John, they mean that you must have an webpage(imprint) (on your mail-domain (fqdn or domain itself)) with contact information (name, postal address, email, probably phone number). After your unblock request they will manually check the webpage for the contact information. I think the background behind that is to have contact details if there were problems. But after the human has pressed the unblock button the information is not used for the real smtp connection. So the imprint on the site is "only" a human rule/requirement and is not used in the smtp connection itself.
